Harald Hvideberg, CFA | Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Hvideberg is the Chief Investment Officer of Wood Asset Management, Inc. and is responsible for the firm’s Large Cap Value Strategy. Prior to joining Wood Asset Management, Harald was a portfolio manager and senior analyst with William R. Hough & Co. from 1997 to 2004. His previous affiliation was with Rasmussen Maritime Services, a leading European oil and gas services company. Harald has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and currently serves on the board of the Financial Analysts Society of Tampa Bay. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Robert H. Stovall, CFA | Managing Director and Market Strategist
Mr. Stovall began his investment career in 1953. He has been a partner or voting shareholder with several NYSE member firms including EF Hutton & Company, Nuveen Corporation, Dean Witter Reynolds and Prudential, in the areas of research and marketing. An active media participant, Bob Stovall was a regular panelist on “Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser” from 1976 through 2004. Also, he has been a regular columnist for “Forbes” and “Financial World”. Bob graduated from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Economics and from New York University with an M.B.A. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst Charter (#618) in 1965. Since 1985 he has been an adjunct Professor of Finance at NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business, and has been a regular lecturer at Stetson University since 1988. He founded the executive education program "Wall Street Comes to Wharton" and has served on the Securities Industry Institute Board of Trustees for 34 years. Mr. Stovall joined Wood Asset Management in 2003 and chairs the firm’s Investment Strategy Committee. |

Tyler Pullen, CFA | Vice President, Analyst
Mr. Pullen holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Stetson University and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. As a research analyst his responsibilities include both stock selection and oversight of our existing holdings. Tyler’s involvement in the portfolio management process includes both daily portfolio review and coordinating the firm’s research and trading departments. He began his career with the firm in 2002. |

Sean J. Keenan, CFA | Vice President, Analyst
Mr. Keenan joined Wood Asset in 2008 as a research analyst. His varied roles include security selection and oversight of our existing portfolio holdings. Prior to his joining the firm, Sean worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Windsor Financial Group in Minneapolis, with lead coverage in the financial, healthcare services, consumer staples and technology sectors. His previous affiliation was with Raymond James & Associates where he was a Senior Research Associate in the healthcare services area, covering the managed care and pharmacy benefit management sectors. Mr. Keenan has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Washington. |

Colleen Kenefick | Vice President of Operations
Ms. Kenefick has over 20 years of investment experience previously with Merrill Lynch and SunTrust. She holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Salve Regina University. She joined the firm in 2002 and is Head of Client Services. |

Ken Coffman | National Sales Manager
Ken has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. In his role as National Sales Manager, Ken is responsible for all facets of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Wood Asset Management Ken had spent 17 years with Kopp Investment Advisors in Edina, Minnesota as a Senior Vice President in Marketing/Client Services. Ken’s duties included marketing and sales to the retail brokerage community on a nation wide basis and visiting high net worth clients, individual and institutional, for presentations and reviews. Before that he was an Investment Executive with the former Dain Bosworth. Ken is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. |

Grant Glaser | Internal Sales Consultant
Grant began his investment career in 2005. Prior to joining Wood Asset Management, Grant spent 3 years at Evergreen Investments in Charlotte, NC where he was an Internal Sales Consultant. Grant graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he obtained a B.S. in Finance. |

Christine Oliver | Office Manager
Christine has worked for the Wood Asset Management since 2001 as an Office Manager. Before being employed by Wood she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and started her career in cashiering/stock transfer with Union Pacific and First Boston Corp.
